TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY’S TRAINING COURSESTraining delivered by Quality Safety Limited, hereafter referred to as QST, will require clients to comply with the following conditions:-It is extremely important that delegates are punctual when attending training courses.It will be the responsibility of the employer or client to ensure the discipline of delegates when attending the course. Delegates are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances during the training course.Any damage caused by wilful misuse or misconduct will be invoiced to the client. Equipment must not be removed from the training course.Delegates are issued with a certificate at the discretion of the qualified trainer upon the successful completion of the course. Courses assessed by an outside body will be certificated by that body according to their criteria.All reservations should be confirmed in writing by the client to QST either by letter or email, along with an official purchase order, no later than two weeks prior to the commencement date. Should the course be booked with less than two weeks notice, QST require a purchase order number and acceptance form immediately, by fax.QST reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in respect of courses already confirmed in writing or verbally. If a cancellation is received less than four weeks from the commencement date, a charge of 50% of the total course fee will be charged. Should a cancellation be received less than two weeks from the commencement date, the total course fee will be charged. Cancellation charges will be made regardless of whether or not we have a purchase order number or acceptance form. Any payment taken by Credit Card will incur a cost of £2.50 per transactionShould QST need to cancel a training course without notice, for any reasons beyond our control, we will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the customer/client as a result of cancellation.Should it ever become necessary for QST to postpone any part of a course, due to circumstances beyond our control, then a mutually agreeable date will be chosen on which to complete the training course. QST will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer/client for such actions.Accommodation/books and any other services provided and paid by QST on client behalf will be subject to surcharge of 25%.
Our terms and conditions for payment are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
Any late payments may be subject to a penalty charge of 8% of the course cost per day.
For any course that has a practical element to it, delegates are required to be physically fit and not under any medical supervision or medication that may be detrimental to the physical abilities required on the course.QST Reserves the right to with hold all certificates until payment is received.The above terms and conditions will form the basis of all contacts with QST unless otherwise specified in writing by QST.These terms and conditions of business are between QST and or any subsidiaries or associates or separate names hereinafter called the agent and the employer client (the client) and are deemed to be accepted by the client by virtue of these terms of conditions being received, whether affected by the agent or directly by the client.
